Review Policy

I aim to review books of a primary age but priority will be given to middle grade and YA that is of a suitable nature for children at the top end of primary with a mature reading level.

Most of my books are sourced from book shops I visit and the library. I am open to ARCS and being contacted by publishers and authors. However, as a trainee teacher and mother of two, I can’t guarantee the quickest review. I will always disclose when it is a free copy.

Books that I own are not discarded after review but will be used within my personal library for classes. Any ARCs will not be sold but may be shared unless asked to avoid doing so.

I am open to author interviews and giveaways.

All reviews are based upon my own opinion. If I don’t enjoy the book, I will be constructive with my criticism and if I love the book, I will shout it from the rooftops and encourage all the kids I come across to read it.
